Everyone over the age of 6 months is now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Choosing to get vaccinated against COVID-19 is a personal decision that requires informed decision making.

What you need to know:

  • COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective.
  • Millions of people in the United States have received COVID-19 vaccines under the most intense safety monitoring in U.S. history.
  • CDC recommends you get a COVID-19 vaccine as soon as you are eligible.

Get Vaccinated and Stay Up to Date

Up to date means a person has received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible.

Fully vaccinated means a person has received their primary series of COVID-19 vaccines.
