For the Naxos Music Library database, the static URL is included on the left column of each resource. Select "show static URL" option to populate the URLs for each track.

Be sure to copy the entire URL:

When you copy the URL, do not include any brackets <> that may enclose the URL.
You will need to add the proxy URL to all NAXOS static URLs.
