Missouri Senate - Franklin & Phelps

The thirty three members in the Senate of Missouri are called Senators.  Senators must be 30 years of age, a qualified Missouri voter for three years, anda resident of their senatorial constituency for one year prior to their election.   Senators are limited to two four-year terms.

Franklin County is district 26, currently represented by Dave Schatz

Schatz's current term ends on January 4, 2023.

Phelps County is district 16, currently represented by Justin Brown.

Brown's current term ends on January 4, 2023.

No open Missouri Senate seats for Phelps County, district 21.

Missouri House of Representatives - Franklin County

One hundred and sixty three members comprise the House of Representatives Representatives are limited to four two-year terms, a total of 8 years for member.  Qualifications for members are 24 years of age, a qualified Missouri voter for two years, and a resident of the county or district of their constituency for one year.

Franklin County districts include 61, 109, 110 and 119.  All districts have seats open in January 2021.
