LIB: Technology Borrowing - Laptops, Hotspots, etc.

Hotspot device is powered by cell service.  This device must have adequate cell service available to run properly.  Keep on main room or top floor of house for best signal strength, basement is NOT recommended. Be patient when powering on device.  It needs to cycle through it's opening programs. 

Steps to using your T-mobile hotspot.

HotSpot must be returned in good working condition by mid-term to Library Staff.  Late fees will be accrued at $5.00 a day.  Replacement cost is $84.00.

Steps to using your AT&T hotspot.

Setting up Wi-Fi connection:

1. Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until the welcome logo appears on the display. After a few seconds, the Wi-Fi signal icon will appear on the display.

2. Look for the network (SSID) “Moxee HotspotXX_2.4G” or “Moxee HotspotXX_5G”, where XX are the last two digits of the device IMEI.

3. Click “Connect” and enter the default password found on your device. Your Wi-Fi SSID and password information can be found on your device’s “Wi-Fi info” screen or on the SSID label located underneath the battery cover.
