International Education Week (IEW), November 18-22, 2024, is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences  (https://iew.state.gov/)

Virtual Kermit

Our beloved Kermit the Frog, usually found in the ECC library, is on an exciting world tour for International Education Week! Driven by his curiosity to learn about cultures, history, and unique places, Kermit has packed his bags and set out to explore some amazing international destinations. Follow him on his virtual tour and join us in celebrating International Education Week!

Monday - Thursday; Where in the World is Flat Kermit

Join us in the Means Library or virtually to find Flat Kermit,  Monday - Thursday during International Education Week.

A clue to Flat Kermit's location for the day will be posted on this page. Union will post "Find at Means Library" and Rolla will post "Find Virtual"

Find him and enter the daily code word for an entry into a drawing at the end of the week.

You may enter once per day for each correct "location"

Virtual Kermit - Day 4 THURSDAY

Kermit’s world tour is coming to a close and Kermit is almost home! With one last stop, Kermit and the crew will enjoy a show where stars are born and spotlights shine bright. Dreaming of seeing his name on the marquee again, Kermit reminisces about a previous trip to the big stage. Using Locate, find the film at the Means library that includes the location of where the Muppets are meeting! Hint: Kermit is back in the U.S.Think you found the answer?
